This webinar will emphasise the importance of exercise and physical activity in the early stages of life: during pregnancy and in the post-natal period. This will provide best practice recommendations and guidance from the most recent research for pregnant women, health care professionals, and caregivers alike! This webinar delves into the complexities involved with the importance of bespoke exercise and physical activity at various stages during pregnancy and in the postnatal period. 

This PD begins by providing an overview of recommendations and checkpoints with the client along their pregnancy journey through to setting the stage for establishing a healthy routine that aligns with the family. 

This webinar emphasises the multifaceted and multigenerational benefits of exercise and physical activity during pregnancy, spanning psychological and physiological domains. Attendees will gain insights into evidence-based research affirming the positive outcomes of incorporating meaningful exercise into their own recommendations.
