CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP

The 2026 Sport and Exercise Science New Zealand (SESNZ) Annual Conference will be held in Hamilton | Kirikiriroa.  To register your interest in sponsoring the conference, please get in touch with us.

There are several opportunities for your company to become a conference sponsor. You might also consider product placement using our trade display options at the conference. If you are unable to have a representative available at your trade display, we can match you with one of our Sport and Exercise Science Students to present promotional material on your behalf.

 

Payment Policy

After completing the Sponsor Form, the Conference Organiser will issue a letter of confirmation together with an invoice for the amount payable.

Electronic deposits can be made into the Sport & Exercise Science NZ bank account 03-0584-0294865-000. Please reference payment with your initial and surname (eg J Smith) when paying online.

Direct credits should be made payable to: Sport and Exercise Science New Zealand.
