Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Virtual Workshop: Assessment, Pacing, Biofeedback, and Safe Exercise
Myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome can be a challenge to understand and manage. This virtual workshop demonstrates and discusses the assessment of and common comorbid conditions associated with ME/CFS such as dysautonomia, pain, hypermobility and mast cell activation disorders (MCAS). We will also cover and work through practical templates and examples of pacing strategies, biofeedback and exercise giving you tools to take back and use in your clinical practice.
