Pilates for Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Webinar – Wednesday, 23 August 2023
This webinar will explore neurological conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia and Stroke. The aim is to provide AEPs with a clear understanding of how Pilates can assist all these conditions, with and without the use of props and different positions including sitting, lying, and standing. In addition to this, we will discuss what the goals are for clients with these conditions and how AEPs can pick the best Pilates based exercise prescription.
